(More customer reviews)As all passionate woodworkers know, sanding is the most arduous and least glamorous activity of any project.The Festool ETS 150/3 EQ eliminates virtually all of the hard work, muss, and fuss.It comes as close to "magic" as any tool I have in my shop.The smooth gearing and well balanced drive is very easy on the hands and remains cool even after extended use.The dust extraction vacuum system is quite amazing as it completely removes any trace of dust.If you have not used dust extraction before (like me), this takes a bit to get used to as your queue for material removal cannot rely on how fast dust piles build, but through frequent touch of the sanded surface.Even the smaller 3mm stroke has no problem removing material fast and can easily handle tougher grits in the 100-150 range.My primary use for the ETS 150/3 is for final finish prep in the 220-320 range and what used to take 15 minutes of work can now be accomplished in 5.I can't wait to add more Festools to my collection.
