Pros : It works, Good power, Nice design
Cons : You'll get wet, Stock blade not very good
Best Uses : DIY, Tiles less then 14 inches

I bought this to cut tile for the bathroom in my lower level finish and gave it a test run by tiling my entry way, ~32 square feet with a 2 tile hop-scotch pattern using 13" and 6 3/8" ceramic tiles. Set-up was quick and easy, and I was cutting tile in about 30 minutes. The stock blade left small chips near the cut line so I bought a new Dewalt blade from lowes for $34 and now it cuts like butter with only minor chipping (which I hear is pretty inevitable). Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this product.
